Tarot readings are intended for personal insight, reflection, and guidance. They are interpretive and based on the energy surrounding a situation at the time of the reading.

Tarot does not guarantee a specific future outcome. Circumstances, choices, and energy can change over time.

Please provide all requested information accurately when placing your order.

Context is welcome where requested, but you do not need to over-explain your situation unless the reading calls for it.

If the information or question submitted does not match the reading purchased, I may contact you for clarification before beginning.

✦ Delivery

All readings are delivered as a written response by email or text using the contact information provided at checkout.

Most orders placed during working hours before 8 PM are completed within approximately 1–3 hours.

Please allow up to 48 hours maximum for delivery, particularly for larger or more detailed readings.

If additional information is needed before I can begin your reading, the delivery timeframe may begin once that information has been received.

☾ Questions & Reading Selection

Please choose the reading that best matches what you want clarity on.

If several unrelated questions are submitted under a product that only includes one question or one topic, you may be asked to choose one question or purchase the appropriate reading.

✦ Refunds & Cancellations

Because each tarot reading is a personalized service prepared specifically for you, completed readings are non-refundable.

If you contact me before I have started your reading, a cancellation or refund may be considered.

A refund will not be issued solely because a reading does not give the answer you hoped for, does not confirm an expected outcome, or later unfolds differently than anticipated.

If I am unable to complete your reading, you will receive a refund for the affected service.

I reserve the right to decline or redirect questions that I do not feel comfortable reading on.

Tarot readings are not a replacement for professional medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice. Questions involving serious health diagnoses, medical test results, legal outcomes, financial investments, emergencies, or matters requiring a licensed professional may be declined or reframed toward personal guidance instead.

Readings should not be treated as factual proof of another person’s hidden thoughts, intentions, actions, or future behavior.

Your reading, questions, and personal information will be treated as private and confidential and will not be publicly shared without your permission, except where disclosure is required by law.

If you voluntarily provide feedback or a testimonial, I will ask permission before using identifying information publicly.

I want every reading to feel comfortable and respectful.

I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service in cases of harassment, threats, abusive behavior, or repeated attempts to violate the boundaries of the reading purchased.

You remain responsible for your own choices, decisions, and actions after receiving a reading.
