Refund & Cancellation Policy

All readings from Tarot By Jayla are personalized digital services created specifically for you based on the information and question you provide.

Because each reading is individually prepared, all completed readings are final sale and non-refundable.

✦ Cancellations

If you change your mind, please contact me as soon as possible.

If I have not started your reading yet, I may be able to cancel your order and issue a refund.

Once I have begun preparing, interpreting, or writing your reading, the order can no longer be cancelled or refunded.

Refunds are not provided simply because:

• the reading did not give you the answer you hoped for

• you disagree with the interpretation

• the reading does not confirm what you expected

• circumstances or outcomes later change

• you change your mind after the reading has already been started

Tarot readings are personalized interpretations and do not guarantee a specific prediction, result, or outcome.

If you do not receive your reading, receive the wrong service, or something is missing from the reading you purchased, please contact me so I can review the order and make it right.

If I am unable to provide the service you purchased, an appropriate refund may be issued.
